HYPEVENTS UK – TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HIRE
1. Hiring, Delivery and Service
1.1 Set up and removal of the equipment is included in the hire price and will be carried out, outside of the hire period.
1.2 Delivery of equipment is free within a 60 mile radius unless agreed otherwise.
1.3 2 x trained HYPEvents attendants will remain with the photo booth throughout the hire period.
1.4 We will endeavour to ensure the delivery of high quality images and prints. If, however, should equipment fail, liability is limited to monies paid for hire.
1.5 We require a flat, level working space of 2.3m wide x 1.25m deep x 2.1m high and an electricity point (plug socket) within 20 meters. You are responsible for providing a suitable space with these requirements. LOVE Letters and MR & MRS Letters stand at 4ft Tall.
1.6 It is the hirers responsibility to ensure a car parking space is available at the venue with close access to the event entrance. Should this not be available, additional costs may be incurred.
1.7 The hirer must ensure that we are informed of any access restrictions which may impact on parking, uploading and setting up.
1.8 It is recommended, that the hirer also considers leaving space for a table and guests to queue.
1.9 It is the hirers responsibility to provide accurate information as to the location of the event and the planned location of the photobooth also.
1.10 If HYPEvents are late for an event due to fault of their own, the agreed hire period will be fulfilled.
1.11 If HYPEvents start late, due to the fault of the hirer, (e.g. space not being available/event room not being opened on time) this time will be included in the agreed hire period.
2.1 All prices are subject to change – please check before booking for current rates.
2.2 A £100 deposit is required to secure the booking. Until a £100 deposit has been made, a date cannot be secured.
2.3 The full outstanding balance must be paid at least two weeks before the event.
2.4 If booked within 2 weeks of an event, the full balance must be paid upon booking.
2.5 An additional charge of .50p per mile will be made for deliveries outside of a 60 mile radius from post code HU6 7QD (HYPEvents Office)
2.6 A £25 fee will be charged for any idle hours of photobooth hire. This will come into effect when the booth is required in advance of the booking start time. Equipment cannot be used during this period.
2.7 Certain dates may be subject to an additional surcharge.
3.1 The £100 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
3.2 If the hirer cancels outside of the two week period prior to the hire date, the deposit will be forfeited.
3.3 If the hirer cancels within two weeks of the hire date all monies will be forfeited.
4. Equipment and staff safety
4.1 The photobooth must be operated by a HYPEvents attendant at all times. The hirer must ensure guests do not attempt to operate the machinery at any time.
4.2 The hirer must ensure that all props are returned to the prop box.
4.3 HYPEvents reserves the right to charge the hirer for missing equipment.
4.4 HYPEvents reserve the right to charge the hirer for any damage caused to the equipment caused by the hirer or guests at their event.
4.5 HYPEvents reserve the right to withdraw their services at any time if:
- The photo booth is misused in any way, making it unsafe for the product
- The photo booth is misused in any way, making it unsafe for any persons
- Any HYPEvents attendants feel threatened in any way
5.1 When hiring from HYPEvents, you give permission for images taken at the event to be used on HYPEvents website, social media sites and/or for advertising purposes.
5.2 It is the hirers responsibility to ensure that guests are aware that the hirer gives permission for images taken at the event to be used on HYPEvents website, social media sites and/or for advertising purposes.
5.3 It is the hirers responsibility to ensure that children under the age of 18 are photographed with their parents/guardians consent.
5.4 HYPEvents will not use images deemed as unsuitable on their website.
All amendments to the above terms and conditions must be agreed in writing by HYPEvents
